Mr. Shapiro, a native of Chicago, died Wednesday in Palm Springs. He was an attorney and received his law degree from Northwestern University. He served with the U.S. Army.

Fradkoff, a native of Boston, died Sunday at Good Samaritan Hospital in Los Angeles. He was a graduate of the University of Southern California School of Medicine and was a general practitioner in Los Angeles. Survivors include his parents, Sam and Grace Fradkoff of Cathedral City, his wife, Jaya Fradkoff of Sunland; two brothers, Ronald Fradkoff of Los Angeles and David Fradkoff of Valencia; and a sister, Rosalyn Glenn of Idaho. Burial -will be at Green Hills Cemetery, 27501 S. Western Rancho Palos Verdes.

Mrs. Simpson, a native of Carthage, Texas, died Sunday at Desert Hospital in Palm Springs. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband, Jim; two sons, Robert Earl Simpson and Phillip Simpson, both of Banning; five daughters, Atholene Brewster of Carthage, Jo Dauphine-and Evernell Black, both of Palm Springs, Precious Carter of Carson and Evelyn J. Simpson of Banning; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and one great-greatgrandchild.

Burial will be at Desert Memorial Park in Cathedral City. Ernest Frank, salesman native of Germany, 90 Private services will be held for Ernest Frank, 90, of Palm Springs. Mr. Frank, a native of Germany, died Wednesday at his home. He was a self-employed luggage salesman.

Survivors include his wife, Vera; and a stepson, Rex Nichols of New York City. Mrs. Sinclair, a native of Green-ville, Texas, died Tuesday at Rancho Mirage Healthcare. She was a graduate of East Texas 'State University and attended classes in modern jaz2 and tap dancing at College of the Desert She taught English in Snyder, Texas; Maracaibo, Venezuela; and the Persian Gulf. She was a volunteer with the local community literacy program, and danced with The Prime Time Dancers. She was a member of the Palm Desert Community Presbyterian Church.
